Z for Zorro

The most disturbing act by a physician that I can recall or at least that has not left my memory is that of an OBGYN surgeon who actually wrote his initials with electrocautery in a womans uterus.  I recall the exact location that I was when I believe I heard this story, Bayside Mall in Miami, FL.  It has never left me and I always think of the Bayside parking lot when I think of this case.
